This Privacy Policy details our commitment to safeguarding the personal and professional data of dentists, clinic managers, B2B dealers, and retail customers who use our services.

Full name, email address, and physical mobile numbers. Mobile numbers are normalized into canonical E.164 format (+91XXXXXXXXXX) for OTP verification and account identification.
Company/clinic name, GSTIN certificate, trade licenses, or business registration documents submitted for B2B wholesale pricing approval.
Delivery address, pin code, state, city, and tax details required for GST compliant invoice generation and courier dispatch.
Client IP address, user-agent string, device details, and session metadata used for security audits and lockout prevention.
3Payment & Security Processing
Online payments are processed securely through **Razorpay**. FAAZO servers receive only confirmation tokens, transaction status, and payment IDs. We do not store, process, or transmit credit card numbers, CVVs, or NetBanking credentials on our infrastructure.
4How We Use Information
- Processing orders, dental equipment purchases, and GST tax invoice generation.
- Dispatching order confirmation, tracking updates, and OTP verification via SMS and Email.
- Reviewing and verifying B2B Dealer applications for tier pricing access.
